Introducing Solving IT Edge

It’s no secret that the first 6 months after starting with Solving IT were some of the most challenging months of my professional career. I doubted my decision to leave my previous role was the right one, but was too stubborn to let anyone know. Multiple times a day, I was putting out the fires that sparked before I started, and taking multiple verbal beatings a day which drained my energy, enthusiasm, and confidence. It’s during this time that I saw the silver lining. The team we were forming for our new in-house Salesforce Consulting Practice had an edge! We used the situation we were in as an opportunity to level-up across the board; customer service, innovation, and technical aptitude. Today, I am thrilled to introduce Solving IT Edge. A team of expert consultants who help mid-sized businesses of all verticals get the most of their Salesforce investment, by transforming it to do things you didn’t even know Salesforce was capable of!

We have an edge on our competition. The growth we have experienced over the last 2 years is no accident. We have been able to re-establish our name in the marketplace and build a brand around doing what’s best for the customer, not cutting corners to be the lowest price point. Our discovery process is bar-none and we take the time other partners glaze over to understand the business pain points and drivers to ensure the solutions we recommend are sound and scalable. We know what it takes to implement a solution, and equipped our customers to own that solution when the project is over.

We give our Customers the edge they need in the Marketplace. Across verticals, there is commonality with pain point businesses face. Our customers have amazing ideas, that often just need some polish and muscle to bring to reality. We help our customer execute their strategic technology roadmap, and for many, help shape what is included in that roadmap.

We are Edgy. If you’ve sat in on a meeting with my team, you will instantly pick-up on the energy. We are more than a group of co-workers, we are a quirky family of passionate professionals looking to perform our best on a daily basis and help others on our team perform their best. We are nerds, but nerds our customers love spending time with week over week. We love learning so much that we have weekly lunch and learns to teach each other non-work related talents and share our non-traditional hobbies. We are constantly thinking of how we can solve complex business problems better than those before us, and how we can push the limits of Salesforce in ways which haven’t been done in the past.

This brand re-launch is more than a fancy new website and a new logo. It’s the opportunity to memorialize the sweat and tears which have been put into this practice over the last 2 years. It’s time to make our outward appearance be as professional and edgy as who we are as a practice and lay the foundation for who we aspire to be for years to come!
