Client Overview: Solving IT’s client is in the Investment Banking and Asset Management industry. Their Private Wealth Management business was looking to optimize and mature their Salesforce platform, as well as increase user engagement.
Problem
Client’s Wealth Management business needed an improved Salesforce platform and stronger user engagement.
In order to accomplish those goals, Client was adding to their team. Role had been open for over 3 months prior to Solving IT’s engagement.
As a result, Client was unable to push forward initiatives or pursue greater buy in from users.
Solution
Solving IT used its LABS delivery framework to quickly identify the right person for the role. Our search was complete in under 6 weeks, a timeline that included the Christmas and New Year holidays.
During our in depth discovery conversation, we determined that the title and job description being used were at odds with what our client wanted the new hire to accomplish, resulting in the wrong applicants coming forward.
From there, our dedicated Salesforce recruiting team was able to bring the correct story to the job market and analyze candidate backgrounds against what our client wanted to achieve.
We submitted only two highly qualified candidates, of which our client decided to hire one. We guided our client through making an offer the candidate would accept and ensured that onboarding was smooth for the candidate.
