Amy Burrows: President
Amy believes how we treat our people directly correlates with the success of our clients. If our team is excelling, our clients are excelling! As a career consultant, Amy has a passion for creative problem-solving, strategic planning, and business process improvement. As President, she empowers the Senior Leadership Team to continuously learn, develop our people, and ensure our clients achieve their goals.

Bert is a life-long consultant who founded Solving IT in 1992 with the vision of delivering IT and recruiting solutions that transform businesses for good. As Founder, Bert is an active and supportive leader who believes that the most powerful strategy is formed through alignment and consensus. Guided by this principle, Bert has built a community of talented, tenacious, and trustworthy employees and consultants who get results and have fun doing it.
