Keeping a Human Connection in an AI World

It is no secret that AI technology is continuing to spark conversation in terms of its advancement and potential replacement of workers. There are many positive sides to this technology in the Staffing and Recruiting World. However, AI can never replace the human connection that allows another person to feel heard, valued, and cared for. Here at Solving IT, we have implemented a strong Consultant Care process that fosters a human connection for our consultants and clients.

As a Consultant Care Associate, I see the impact of the human connection.
Throughout the consultant life cycle-we provide personalized assistance, that can include anything from a one-on-one orientation to providing coaching on how to deal with a difficult co-worker.

Recently, a consultant let us know that “Solving IT’s Onboarding process was one of the best ones I have gone through so far. It was a hard decision to leave my former job, and the care shown throughout the process, helped me be more confident with my decision.”

Also from a consultant that was thankful for our advice, “I feel like I have been given a lot of opportunity and growth in this position, and being here is something that I want to continue being a part of.”

No matter how much technology continues to evolve, one thing humans do is adapt and care for each other, and that is why at Solving IT, we will keep human connection and Consultant Care at the top of our list!
