The university now uses their reconfigured Salesforce platform to operationalize their sales processes. They can now decipher the key information they want and need to profile their accounts and contacts.
Their system is integrated with Outlook, so all emails are synced with Salesforce to ensure no data is lost, which improved their overall communication. This improved communication has lead to knowledge sharing, which reduced new employee ramp up time.
And lastly, the robust reporting capabilities now allows them to scale by evaluating their business at a strategic level, which was their initial goal that was finally achieved.
