Client Overview: Solving IT’s client is in the pharmaceutical industry and is focused on rare diseases. Recently, their corporate made the decision to move back to a hybrid workforce resulting in the turnover of several employees with AI & Machine Learning experience.
Problem
Our client had important deadlines to meet, due to several upcoming product launches. The product launches were in a Business Unit that supports over 50% of the company’s revenue. The team utilized machine learning, and AI, to help draw important insights on product launch decisions, and the turnover had caused an internal knowledge gap.
Solution
Solving IT Talent’s recruitment team, which specializes in Analytics & Data positions, began the process by engaging with and learning more about the client, their projects, and goals. Those initial conversations laid the groundwork for our success.
During the recruitment process, we kept up engagement with the client by meeting weekly to share market insights and discuss candidate feedback.
Based on our knowledge of the client’s future goals, it was imperative that our screening aligned those goals with the candidate’s long-term commitment to the hybrid model and location. Every candidate was prepped to understand our client’s mission and why the role was important to the organization.
Although our competitor shared more resumes initially, after the first round of interviews, only our candidates were selected to continue. Our screening proved more effective, which resulted in time saved for our client.
Outcome
Solving IT helped our client re-staff their team within a 2-month time frame. Through our recruiting efforts, our client was able to find team members who were interested in working the hybrid model from the client location, but also recognized the potential for career growth within the organization. Our client hit their hiring deadline to help them achieve their Go-To-Market goals.
