Rigali Packaging Products is a packaging manufacturing company that provides standard packaging products to its customers, as well as custom packaging solutions for products. When Solving IT first met with Rigali Packaging, they were in need of a crm tool that was easy to use for their sales representatives. Additionally, Rigali was looking for advice on best practices when implementing, customizing, and utilizing Salesforce.
Solving IT utilized a Foundational Standup solution which provided a quick way for Rigali Packaging to get up and running in Salesforce. After completing a thorough business process review, we made customizations to Leads, Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities, and Activities to give Rigali packaging an easy way to navigate through their sales process in Salesforce. As we do with all our clients, extensive virtual training, guided tip sheets, and a recording of the training were provided to Rigali so they could feel equipped when using Salesforce on their own.
In the end, Rigali Packaging was able to begin using Salesforce in just 3 weeks. By spending the time to understand their business process, Solving IT was able to customize Salesforce to meet Rigali Packaging’s needs while still following best practices. Rigali users were able to reference the tip sheets and recorded virtual training after go-live to help them through using Salesforce properly. As a result, all Rigali Salesforce users are now using Salesforce daily to keep track of their Leads, Accounts, and Contacts throughout their sales cycle.
